3.2 Withdrawal Methods
The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process.
3.3 Identity Verification

Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
xxx 999 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning in that example ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000 in wagering is required.
4.2 Bonus Terms
- Bonuses may only be used on eligible games or betting markets — not all games count towards bonus wagering.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- An account may not apply for the welcome bonus more than once.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
- xxx 999 may change the terms of any bonus offer or withdraw an offer at any time.
4.3 Other Promotions

VIP Program and Cashback
5.1 Tier Structure
xxx 999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tiers are determined based on regular gaming activity and members can move up over time.
5.2 Weekly Cashback
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week (total bets minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.
5.3 VIP Benefit Terms
VIP tiers and the associated benefits may change at xxx 999's discretion. No guarantee is given that a member will remain at any particular tier, and inactive accounts may be downgraded.
Fair Use and Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xxx 999 platform:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through any fraudulent or deceptive method.
- Placing bets using bots, automation software or AI-driven scripts.
- Colluding with third parties to exploit account benefits.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Deliberately exploiting any technical error or bug.
